Financial Education That Works for Real Business Owners

Most budget management courses throw theory at you and call it a day. We've spent years working with businesses in Thailand to understand what actually helps. These programs focus on practical methods you can use next week, not abstract concepts that sound impressive but don't translate to your daily work.

Talk About Your Situation

Three Different Approaches

We've built these programs around the actual challenges business owners face. Pick the one that fits where you are right now—you're not locked into anything, and there's overlap between them anyway.

01

Foundation Workshop

If you're drowning in spreadsheets and can't figure out where your surplus is going, start here. We'll walk through your current setup and help you build a system that makes sense. No fancy software needed—just practical organization that fits your business.

Next session: October 2025
02

Strategic Planning Track

You've got the basics down but need help making bigger decisions about your surplus. Should you invest in expansion? Build reserves? Pay down debt? We work through real scenarios from businesses similar to yours and break down how to think about these choices.

Starts: February 2026
03

Advanced Analysis Program

For established businesses ready to dig deeper into financial modeling and forecasting. We cover scenario planning, risk assessment, and long-term surplus management strategies that grow with your business over time.

Opens: September 2025

What You'll Actually Learn

Each program covers different ground, but they all share the same philosophy. We show you how to work with your numbers instead of being intimidated by them.

Module One

Understanding Your Current Position

Before you can improve anything, you need clarity on where you stand. We map out your cash flow patterns and identify where surplus appears—and disappears.

Module Two

Building Sustainable Systems

Systems that work in the long run aren't complicated. They're just consistent. We help you set up processes that take 15 minutes a week, not hours every month.

Module Three

Making Informed Decisions

When opportunities come up—or problems surface—you need frameworks for deciding what to do with your surplus. These aren't formulas; they're thinking tools tailored to your situation.

Which Program Makes Sense for You?

Not sure where to start? Walk through these questions. They're based on conversations we've had with hundreds of business owners over the past few years.

1

How comfortable are you with your current financial systems?

If you're constantly scrambling to find documents or aren't sure about your actual cash position, the Foundation Workshop gives you structure. If you've got that handled but struggle with bigger strategic questions, skip ahead to the Planning Track.

2

What's your biggest frustration right now?

Daily chaos with receipts and records? Foundation. Uncertainty about whether to expand or stay steady? Strategic Planning. Want to model different scenarios and understand long-term implications? Advanced Analysis.

3

How much time can you realistically commit?

Foundation runs over 6 weeks with weekly 90-minute sessions. Planning Track is more intensive—8 weeks with additional homework between sessions. Advanced Analysis spans 12 weeks and expects you to work through case studies on your own time.

4

Still not sure?

That's completely normal. Send us an email describing your situation, and we'll have a quick conversation about what might fit best. No pressure to sign up for anything—sometimes people just need to clarify their thinking first.

How People Use What They Learn

Results vary because every business is different. But here's what past participants have told us about applying these methods in their own work.

I thought I needed expensive accounting software. Turns out I just needed better habits. The Foundation Workshop helped me organize things in a way that actually works for how I run my business. Now I can see where money's going without spending three hours on it.

The Planning Track changed how I think about growth. Before, I just reinvested surplus whenever I had it. Now I weigh different options and understand the trade-offs. Makes me feel more in control of where the business is heading.

Advanced Analysis was tougher than I expected, but worth it. Being able to model different scenarios before making big decisions has saved me from a few mistakes I probably would have made otherwise. Still learning, but the frameworks stick with you.
