At Brainy-Net, we're committed to providing educational programs worth your investment. This refund policy explains when and how you can request a refund for our budget surplus management courses.

We built this policy around fairness. If something doesn't work out, we want to make the process as straightforward as possible. Read through the details below to understand your options.

When You Can Request a Refund

Early Withdrawal Period

You can withdraw from any course within 14 days of enrollment and receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of 500 THB. This applies whether you've accessed course materials or not. It's there for anyone who realizes quickly that the timing isn't right.

Technical Issues on Our End

If our platform experiences significant downtime or technical problems that prevent you from accessing course content for more than 72 consecutive hours, you're eligible for either a full refund or course extension at no additional cost.

Course Cancellation by Brainy-Net

Should we need to cancel a scheduled program before it starts, you'll receive a complete refund within 10 business days. We'll also offer you priority enrollment in the next available session if you prefer.

Medical or Personal Emergencies

Life happens. If you experience a documented medical emergency or serious personal situation within the first 30 days of a course, we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis. Options may include partial refunds or course credit for future enrollment.

How to Request Your Refund

Submit Your Request

Send an email to contact@brainy-net.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your full name, enrollment ID, course name, and reason for requesting a refund. Attach any supporting documentation if applicable.

Our team will review your request within 3 business days. We'll verify your enrollment details and check that your request meets our eligibility criteria. You'll receive an email confirming we've received your request.

Decision Communication

Once we've reviewed everything, you'll get a clear decision via email. If approved, we'll explain the refund amount and processing timeline. If there are issues with your request, we'll tell you why and suggest alternatives.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Bank transfers typically take 7-10 business days. Credit card refunds appear within 10-14 business days depending on your bank. Digital wallet refunds usually complete within 5-7 business days.

Different Refund Scenarios

Full Course Purchase

If you purchased a complete course package and request a refund within the eligible period, you'll receive a refund based on how much content you've accessed. After 14 days, refunds are prorated based on remaining course modules.

Monthly Subscription

Subscription-based access can be canceled anytime. You'll retain access through your current billing period. Refunds for partial months aren't available, but you won't be charged again once you cancel.

Workshop Registration

Single workshops and seminars have specific cancellation windows. Cancel 7 days before the event for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 7 days receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available within 48 hours of the event start.

Bundle Packages

Course bundles follow individual course refund policies for each component. If you've started one course in a bundle but not others, we can issue a partial refund for unopened courses within the eligibility window.

Corporate Training

Corporate group enrollments have custom agreements. Contact your account manager directly to discuss refund options. These typically involve different terms negotiated during contract setup.

Promotional Enrollments

Courses purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes follow the same refund eligibility but refunds are calculated based on the amount actually paid, not the original price.

Payment Methods and Processing Times

Bank Transfer (Thailand)

Refunds to Thai bank accounts typically process within 7-10 business days after approval. You'll need to provide your bank account details if we don't have them on file. Make sure your account name matches your enrollment information.

Credit or Debit Card

Card refunds go back to the original card used for payment. Processing takes 10-14 business days depending on your bank's policies. The refund will appear as a credit on your statement from Brainy-Net.

Digital Wallets

Payments made through digital wallets like TrueMoney or PromptPay are refunded to the same wallet. These typically complete faster, usually within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a notification once the transfer completes.

International Payments

For international students who paid via international transfer or PayPal, refunds follow the same approval process but may take 14-21 business days due to currency conversion and international banking processes. Currency exchange rates may vary slightly from your original payment.

Important Things to Know

  • Refund eligibility ends once you've accessed more than 40% of course materials or completed more than 30 days of enrollment, whichever comes first.
  • Certificate programs and accredited courses may have different refund terms due to third-party certification requirements. Check your specific program documentation.
  • Processing fees of 500 THB apply to most refund requests to cover administrative and payment processing costs.
  • One-on-one coaching sessions must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance for refund eligibility. Late cancellations forfeit the session fee.
  • Downloadable resources, completed assignments, and materials accessed during your enrollment period won't be available after a refund is processed.
  • If you received course access through a scholarship, grant, or employer sponsorship, different terms may apply. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
  • Refund requests submitted more than 60 days after enrollment start date won't be processed except in exceptional circumstances with documented evidence.
